KERSHNER OFFICE FURNITURE “MARCH CHAIR MADNESS” BRACKET CONTEST RULES

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

This contest is not affiliated with the NCAA.

 

1. HOW TO ENTER: For a chance to win you must register and complete your bracket for “March Chair Madness Bracket Challenge” by Thursday, March 24th at 12:00pm. Your registration must include your First and Last Name, Company Name and Email. Kershner Office Furniture and Global Furniture Group, (“Sponsors”), of the giveaway, “March Chair Madness Bracket Challenge” (“Contest”), will announce one (1) winner on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. If there is a tie, a drawing will be conducted among tied winners and the winner of the tie will be notified via e-mail, phone, or Facebook message. All prizes will be delivered to the name and address that you provide after being notified of your winning status within 7 to 14 business days depending upon availability of the prize.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY: Only one entry per email address. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Giveaway is not open to any individual if they any member of their household is an employee, officer or director of Kershner Office Furniture or Global Furniture Group (“Sponsor”).

 

3. WINNERS/PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive One (1) Chair. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize ranges between $200 - $600. Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor Parties, in their sole discretion, may substitute prizes of equivalent or greater value.

 

4. DISCLAIMER/OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Entry into the “March Chair Madness” Giveaway constitutes entrant’s agreement to be bound by these official rules and consent for Sponsor to use and/or publish entrant’s name, voice, picture, and other information contained in the entry in advertising, promotional and marketing materials without additional compensation. In addition, by entering, all entrants, except consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or interviewed about the Giveaway. All entrants must grant consent to Sponsor to utilize any of the results of such photographing, filming, and/or interviewing in all media selected.

 

5. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants and winners agree to release Sponsor and Sponsor Parties from any all liability while traveling to and from a location to obtain any Prize. Neither Sponsor nor the Sponsor Parties make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, relative to the use of any Prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
